Good Men of CSRA Inc. is organized to effectively carry out its mission through three interconnected divisions, each aligned with a program area but unified under the organization’s leadership and strategic direction.

Executive Leadership

  • Board of Directors: Provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction.

  • Executive Director: Manages daily operations and ensures mission alignment.

  • Program Directors: Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of each major initiative.

Program Operations

Each program—Mission 2535, Mission 2536, and Project Man—functions as a department with a dedicated team of volunteers, coordinators, and community partners.
Responsibilities include:

  • Program delivery and logistics.

  • Volunteer recruitment and training.

  • Resource and partnership development.

Community Engagement & Support Services

  • Communications & Outreach: Manages public relations, marketing, and community awareness.

  • Development & Fundraising: Oversees grant writing, donor relations, and fundraising campaigns.

  • Administrative Support: Handles finance, compliance, and operational systems.

Execution Strategy

To fulfill its mission effectively, Good Men of CSRA Inc. employs a three-phase approach to each program:

  1. Identify — Locate and assess community needs through outreach, partnerships, and local data.

  2. Engage — Build relationships, offer support, and deliver essential services with compassion and consistency.

  3. Empower — Provide tools, training, and encouragement for long-term transformation and self-sufficiency.
